6. Apple HealthKit Integration
If you choose to connect BP Track with Apple HealthKit:
- You control whether HealthKit permissions are granted or revoked.
- HealthKit data is used solely to provide wellness tracking functionality.
- HealthKit data is never used for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.
You may manage HealthKit permissions at any time through your device settings.
7. Subscription and Payments
Subscription Required: Certain features of BP Track may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
By purchasing a subscription:
- Payment will be charged through your Apple ID account upon confirmation.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Renewal charges will occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
- You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account Settings after purchase.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, designs, and related materials within BP Track are owned by or licensed to BP Track and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any portion of the application without prior written permission.
9. Third-Party Services
BP Track may integrate with third-party services or analytics providers, including but not limited to Apple HealthKit, Firebase, AppsFlyer, or Meta SDK services.
We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

- Continuous availability of the service
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Reliability or error-free operation
We do not guarantee that the app will always operate without interruptions, delays, or technical issues.
11. Limitation of Liability
